about.
I have been an artist for as long as I could hold a crayon in my hand. That being said, the creative spark did not truly come alive in me until college, when I started taking intensive studio classes with talented professors. Those same professors taught me not only how to capture what I see on paper and what tools to use, but how to become a professional artist who could take pride in their work.

My strengths lie with graphite and ink simply because some compositions are better captured with shadow and light. As the world changes and graphic design adapts, so must artists if they are to make anything of themselves. Therefore, I’ve also worked on my digital medium skills in order to build a chance of success. I am also able to apply what I learned in traditional studios to digital illustration, which helps me create more expressive and unique compositions.

I also teach privately to students in my home. I tailor lesson plans and curriculums to my students, working closely with parents to make sure I'm meeting their needs. I introduce my students to the world of art history and a variety of creative techniques so that they too can create and express themselves. As much as I love creating and sharing my art, my biggest passion is sparking creativity in the
younger generations.
